IFS & EMDR Coaching

EMDR Coaching

Sometimes, past experiences or unhelpful beliefs feel like invisible barriers standing between the current you and the authentic you. In coaching sessions incorporating EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), we gently address the emotional weight of these experiences, clearing the way for profound shifts in your perspective.

This innovative, evidence-based approach allows you to move beyond fear, self-doubt, or limiting narratives so you can step into a life of greater alignment, resilience, and possibility. Together, we’ll turn the challenges of your past into stepping stones for your growth.

IFS Coaching

Imagine uncovering the inner world of your mind and heart, where every part of you—whether confident, fearful, protective, or wounded—has a contribution. As your IFS (Internal Family Systems) coach or IFS practitioner, I help you compassionately explore these parts of yourself, bringing curiosity, understanding, and healing to the places where you feel stuck.

Together, we’ll identify limiting beliefs and patterns, release self-criticism, and help your authentic Self take the lead. Through this transformational process, you’ll gain greater clarity, balance, and freedom to move toward the life you want with confidence and ease.

Coaching vs Therapy

oaching sessions are not psychotherapy and do not replace mental health treatment. While coaching can be transformative and healing, it focuses on personal growth, future goals, and actionable strategies. Unlike psychotherapy, coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and does not explore trauma or emotional wounds in the same depth. Therapy is designed to support individuals who are navigating deeper emotional challenges or feeling stuck in ways that impact daily life. Coaching, on the other hand, is for those who are functioning well and are ready to grow, thrive, and create meaningful change in their lives. Both are valuable paths—just tailored to different stages of personal growth.
